For your convenience, The Riverwalk Landing provides pricing guidelines tailored to meet the needs of celebrations of any size. These options include all necessary rentals and are perfectly suited for weddings, receptions, and rehearsal dinners. Built-in to these competitive packages are:

Rental of the main building and decks from II am until II pm on event day

Tent rental and installation, incl. lighting

Standard white padded chairs

5 foot round dining tables

3 foot round cake table

3 tall bistro tables with linens and decorative sash

Standard table linens in the color of your choice

Standard napkins in the color of your choice

Professional banquet servers

*Any additional rentals requested will be ordered by a Riverwalk Landing coordinator and added to the facility rental fee. Weddings, Receptions, and Rehearsal Dinners are considered all-day events and fall under Friday and Sunday pricing guidelines if they take place Monday-Thursday. Holiday weekend events will follow Saturday pricing guidelines.

Pricing Guidelines for Weekday Events

The Riverwalk Landing is the perfect spot to host your weekday event. From baby showers, to family reunions, to corporate functions, we have you covered. These options include all necessary rentals for 50 guests:

Rental of the main building and deck for 3 hours, plus one hour for decorating

50 standard white padded chairs

(6) 5 foot round dining tables

(1) 3 foot round cake table

3 tall bistro tables

6 foot banquet table

Standard white lap length linens 

Standard white napkins

*Any additional rentals requested will be ordered by a Riverwalk Landing coordinator and added to the final bill. Weddings, Receptions, and Rehearsal Dinners are considered all-day events and fall under Friday and Sunday pricing guidelines if they take place Monday-Thursday.

Daytime Event (11am-5pm)

  • Facility Rental Fee $300
  • Food & Beverage Minimum $500

Evening Event (5pm-11pm)

  • Facility Rental Fee $300
  • Food & Beverage Minimum $1,500

*Facility Rental Fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full to secure a date on The Riverwalk Landing calendar

Ceremony only Rental

The Riverwalk Landing may be rented for a period of 3 hours for wedding ceremonies only at a cost of $1,000. This rental fee includes 100 standard white padded chairs. This rental period includes one hour for use of the Bridal Suite, one hour for the Ceremony, and one hour for Cleanup. Aside from chairs, all rentals (tent, arbor, etc.) will be the sole responsibility of the renter. A non-refundable retainer of $500 must be paid to secure a date on The Riverwalk Landing calendar. This retainer will be counted toward the total rental fee, provided the event is not cancelled. If the event is cancelled, the renter forfeits the $500 retainer.
